What makes your day with us special:
Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence
Lead and further develop the Product Operations organization, including responsibility for end-to-end quality-related processes, task allocation, budget planning, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
Quality, Complaints & Recall Management
Oversee and manage market complaints, claims, and recall activities to ensure timely resolution, minimize business impact, and maintain full regulatory compliance.
Leadership
Responsible for a team of approximately 50 science specialists, ensuring effective resource allocation, aligned prioritization, and strong capability development in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
Escalation & Risk Management
Act as the central escalation point for quality-related issues, driving resolution strategies, conducting risk assessments, and implementing proactive mitigation measures.
Compliance & Quality Governance
Ensure all quality-related processes comply with global regulations, GMP/GDP standards, and internal quality requirements across all operational areas.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal functions, affiliates, regulatory stakeholders, and external partners to support sustainable quality operations.
Process Improvement & Innovation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and implementing new methodologies, market solutions, and digital tools to optimize quality processes and operational efficiency.
What sets you apart:
Academic Qualification & Industry Expertise
Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or a related field combined with more than 10 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Management
More than 8 Years extensive leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex organizational interfaces, including both direct and indirect leadership responsibilities.
Quality & Regulatory Expertise
Deep expertise in pharmaceutical quality management within GMP/GDP-regulated environments, including complaints, recalls, and regulatory compliance processes.
Analytical & Strategic Competence
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret quality metrics, make data-driven decisions, and translate risks into actionable strategies.
Stakeholder & Escalation Management
Proven ability to moderate cross-functional escalations and manage relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels internally and externally.
