In this position you will support the Portfolio Strategy team with data-driven insights, business case analysis, and tool management. Focus on pipeline, commercial due diligence, lifecycle management, and value optimization initiatives.

Your Tasks:

  • Deliver analytical support for portfolio evaluations, pipeline initiatives, lifecycle projects, and commercial due diligence
  • Structure and analyze commercial, cost, and performance data to guide prioritization and decision-making
  • Support development and maintenance of business cases across the portfolio, including topline and cost assumptions
  • Contribute to preparation of executive-level materials, including steering decks, dashboards, and decision papers
  • Maintain and improve portfolio tools and templates, e.g., business case models, trackers, prioritization frameworks
  • Coordinate inputs across functions, helping drive alignment and transparency in cross-functional assessments
  • Collaborate closely with the Business & Competitive Intelligence team to integrate market, performance, and competitor insights

Your Profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business management, economics, finance or related fields
  • You have 3-5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, strategy, business planning, or corporate roles, preferred in the consulting sector (MBB / Tier2)
  • You have a strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is strongly preferred
  • You have a highly structured and detail-oriented working style
  • You are a strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in the environment of internationally operating companies in the healthcare/life sciences sector or experience working cross-functionally is a plus
  • You are business fluent in English and ideally fluent in German
