What makes your day with us special:

  • You drive and oversee all product-related pharmacovigilance activities, ensuring compliance with GVP guidelines and inspection readiness.
  • You act as a central safety liaison, coordinating closely with quality and regulatory functions (e.g. QP, QPPV) and external partners.
  • You develop and implement product safety strategies while maintaining oversight of safety profiles and emerging risks.
  • You lead and coordinate cross-functional activities, including risk assessments, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You prepare and present safety reports and key updates to senior management while supporting training and capability development within the team.

What sets you apart:

  • A Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine, preferably with a Master’s degree
  • You bring at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • You have a strong understanding of GVP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and drug safety processes.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional topics.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and ideally have experience in leading teams or working in matrix organizations.
