Senior Portfolio Manager – Pipeline & Commercial Due Dilligence (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:
- Drive topline growth opportunities, including organic initiatives (e.g. geo-expansion, product launches)
- Identify and assess new growth opportunities, working with Portfolio Strategy Sr. Director, SVP Corporate Development, and senior stakeholders (e.g. VP Commercial, VP Integraton & Separation)
- Drive lifecycle extension strategies – identify and develop strategies for line extensions, reformulations, market expansions, (or strategic divestments) to enhance product value
- Lead commercial due diligence for M&A projects and support strategic evaluations
- Develop and maintain robust business cases, including full lifecycle ownership from M&A through integration and LCM
- Coordinate assigned organic growth projects, managing roadmap design, feasibility validation, and execution tracking
- Drive project governance, ensuring clear timelines, decision readiness, and senior stakeholder engagement
- Support development of portfolio evaluation frameworks and scalable business case templates
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in business management, economics, finance or related fields
- You have 6-9 years of experience in consulting (MBB / Tier 2), strategy or business development
- You have proven experience with commercial due diligence and business case creation
- You have experience in the environment of internationally operating companies in the healthcare/life sciences sector or related industries
- You are characterised by strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills
- You have solid analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint
- You are business fluent in English and ideally fluent in German
