(Senior) Sales & Alliance Manager Western Europe - Region South (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Sales Management in developing and executing country-specific commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize distributor performance across Western Europe
- Build and manage relationships with regional distributors, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, sales targets, and market potential
- Oversee key commercial activities, initially working alongside senior leadership and progressively taking full ownership of planning, execution, and performance management
- Conduct detailed market and competitive analyses to identify business opportunities, pricing strategies, and emerging trends, translating insights into actionable plans
- Drive the strategic and sustainable integration of new acquisitions into the regional distribution network, collaborating with internal teams such as regulatory, supply chain, and marketing
- Ensure compliance with European pharmaceutical regulations and distributor agreements, monitoring performance and adherence to industry standards
- Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and trade associations, to strengthen market access and business continuity
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance visibility and foster new business opportunities in Western Europe
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, including distribution models, market access strategies, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage distributor partnerships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth in a competitive landscape
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, results-driven approach
- Strong intercultural competence and experience working with cross-functional, international teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in another major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, or Italian) is a strong advantage
- A persuasive and resilient professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel within Western Europe as required
