What makes your day with us special:

  • Contribute to global strategic vendor management and maintain oversight of vendor developments across the full lifecycle
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and act as a key interface between internal functions and external vendors
  • Manage and continuously improve the vendor oversight framework, including governance structures, SOPs, and tools
  • Monitor vendor performance using KPIs, scorecards, and trend analyses to ensure transparency and continuous improvement
  • Identify risks early and initiate mitigation and escalation measures while supporting strategic decision-making processes

What sets you apart:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional interfaces
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • High level of ownership, reliability, and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
