What makes your day with us special:

Contribute to global strategic vendor management and maintain oversight of vendor developments across the full lifecycle
Drive cross-functional alignment and act as a key interface between internal functions and external vendors
Manage and continuously improve the vendor oversight framework, including governance structures, SOPs, and tools
Monitor vendor performance using KPIs, scorecards, and trend analyses to ensure transparency and continuous improvement
Identify risks early and initiate mitigation and escalation measures while supporting strategic decision-making processes

What sets you apart:

A Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional interfaces
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
High level of ownership, reliability, and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
